Payment is to be made via an Eligible Card using the card accepting machine carried by the delivery associates or on Amazon Pay link. This Offer is valid for COD payments made using the Eligible Card between 15h September to 31st October 2017, both days included (“Offer Period”). - Who is eligible for the offer?
In order to be eligible for the Offer, a Cardholder should not have completed a purchase using any digital mode of payment (including net banking, mPOS, Amazon Pay link or any card network) from the Amazon.in the account used to complete the transaction for a period of twelve months prior to the date of such transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer may be availed by new customers of Amazon, i.e., those who have never completed a purchase transaction on Amazon.in previously. - How can I avail this Offer?
When your COD order arrives, you may ask for availability of the card accepting machine or Amazon Pay Link. Terms And Conditions
- This offer (“Offer”) is made available to you on www.amazon.in and the mobile application / mobile site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).
- This Offer is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current Visa card (“Eligible Card”) issued in India by any bank (“Cardholder”). The Offer is not valid to Amazon.in customers paying for their transactions with MasterCard, American Express, RuPay, Discover or Diners cards.
- These Offer terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to Amazon Gift Cards (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
- Under this Offer, subject to these T&Cs, cashback will be provided to Cardholders who pay for their cash on delivery (“COD”) orders using an Eligible Card on Amazon Pay Link or mPOS would get 10% cash back up to Rs. 100 (“Cashback”). The Cashback will be credited to the eligible Cardholder’s Amazon Pay Balance account within 10 days of completion of the transaction.
- This Offer is available for COD payments made using Eligible Cards between September 15, 2017, and the earlier of (a) October 31, 2017, or (b) 4,00,000 Amazon customers availing the Offer (“Offer Period”). The Offer Period may be extended or reduced by Amazon at its sole discretion without notice and without any liability to Amazon.
- In order to be eligible for the Offer, a Cardholder should not have completed a purchase using any digital mode of payment (including net banking, mPOS, Amazon Pay link or any card network) from the Amazon.in an account used to complete the transaction for a period of twelve months prior to the date of such transaction. - Customers who receive an Amazon Pay Link to pay for their transaction but ultimately pay by cash on delivery are not eligible to receive the Cashback.
- In case the Cardholder either returns or refunds the product or cancels the transaction or a transaction is canceled for any reason whatsoever, such transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If the order is canceled or returned in part, the Cardholder will qualify for the Offer only for the items for which the order was not canceled/returned.
- All disputes arising out of this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
- Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer.
- Amazon reserves the right to extend or withdraw the Offer, or modify or change any of the T&Cs at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
