- Electronic Gift Cards have to be activated by the customer by sending an SMS “ACTGV space <16 digit code> to 9239895050″.

Once activated, the Gift Card is valid for six months and can be used on BookMyShow website and mobile application to purchase tickets.

- Gift cards are valid for a period of six months from the date on which the recipient of the gift card activates the same. To activate, please click the link in the email that is sent to the recipient with the Gift Card code. Note: clicking the link will activate all the codes together in case the email contains multiple codes.
- Gift Card(s) can be redeemed ONLY on bookmyshow.com and BookMyShow Mobile Apps (iOS, Android & Windows). They cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office.
- Gift Card(s) can be redeemed for the purchase of tickets for Movies/ Plays/ Concerts/ Sports/ Experiences or Merchandise (if any) available on BookMyShow website.
- On the payment page, Click on the tab “Gift Voucher” and enter your 16 digit Gift Card number for redemption.
- Multiple Gift Card(s) can be used in a single transaction. Gift Card(s) can be combined with any other payment type on BookMyShow. Gift cards can also be redeemed partially, as many times as a user wishes to, till its balance is consumed or it expires.
- Gift cards cannot be used to top up MyWallet or to purchase another Gift Card.
- BMS Credits in MyWallet cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Gift Card(s) once bought online, shall be considered as sold and cannot be Cancelled, Exchanged or Refunded.
- If lost or misused, the Gift Card(s) cannot be replaced. Gift cards are void if resold, and cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date. Gift Cards can be stored in the QuikPay section of your profile if you are logged in.
